I can’t wait to read the second book! The mythology of the universe in which this is set is superbly crafted, weaving together the very ancient with the distant future. This in itself sits perfectly with the themes of duality/unity that are central to the book.
What I loved most about this read though was that both my head and heart were overjoyed with it. It was thought provoking in the themes it deals with, and heart warming in the love it depicts.
I can’t recommend it enough, the plot is brilliantly realised and the writing is fantastic.
